综合护理在外伤性肝脾破裂患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理在外伤性肝脾破裂患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月锦州医科大学附属第三医院收治的84例外伤性肝脾破裂的患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各42例。对照组采取常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上应用综合护理干预。对比两组临床疗效、并发症发生率、护理满意度、生活质量评分。结果:研究组临床总有效率、护理满意度均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理在外伤性肝脾破裂患者中的应用效果显著,能够降低患者的并发症发生率,提高其护理满意度和生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive care in patients with traumatic hepatic and splenicrupture.Methods:A total of 84 patients with traumatic hepatic and splenic rupture admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital ofJinzhou Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into controlgroup and study group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routinenursing intervention and the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The clinicalefficacy,complication rate,nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The totalclinical effective rate and nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the complicationrate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in thescores of physiological function,physiological functioning,physical pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function,and mental health between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiological function,physiologicalfunctioning,physical pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health in the two groups were higherthan those before intervention,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive care in patients with traumatic hepatic and splenic rupture has a significant effect,and canreduce the incidence of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
