复方芩兰口服液联合中药治疗口腔溃疡临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的:分析复方芩兰口服液联合中药治疗口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取2019年10月―2020年10月承德市妇幼保健院口腔科治疗的100例口腔溃疡患者作为研究对象,按随机分配原则分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。其中对照组患者采用常规的中药溃疡散进行治疗,试验组患者用复方芩兰口服液联合中药溃疡散进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率,患者满意度,以及复发率。结果:试验组的治疗总有效率为98%(49/50)明显高于对照组的68%(34/50)(χ2=15.946),且试验组患者总满意率为96%(48/50)也明显高于对照组的72%(36/50)(χ2=10.714),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组的复发率2%(1/50)显著低于对照组的10%(5/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过两组患者进行不同的药物治疗发现,两组患者治疗前视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分和生活质量评分无明显差异,实施治疗后试验组VAS评分(t=10.384)和生活质量评分(t=10.958)明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床中对口腔溃疡患者进行治疗时,采用复方芩兰口服液联合中药治疗法临床效果明显,复发率较低,患者满意度较高,并且有效地提高了患者的VAS评分和生活质量水平,该疗法值得在临床治疗中应用和推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of compound Qinlan oral liquid(复方芩兰口服液)combined with traditional Chinese medicine on oral ulcer.Methods:A total of 100 patients who came to the Department of Stomatology of Chengde Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital for treatment from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as research subjects and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the principle of random allocation,with 50 patients in each group,50 patients in the control group were treated with conventional traditional Chinese medicine Kuiyang San(溃疡散).In the experimental group,50 patients were treated with compound Qinlan oral liquid combined with Kuiyang San.The total effective rate,satisfaction with the two treatments,and recurrence rate of oral ulcer after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of 98%(49/50)in the experimental group was significantly higher than 68%(34/50)in the control group(χ2=15.946),and the total satisfaction rate of 96%(48/50)in the experimental group was also significantly higher than 72%(36/50)in the control group(χ2=10.714)(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of 2%(1/50)in the experimental group was significantly lower than 10%(5/50)in the control group(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.It was found that VAS scores and quality of life scores before treatment were not significantly different between the two groups.After different drug treatments,VAS score(t=10.384)and quality of life score(t=10.958)in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with oral ulcer,the combination of compound Qinlan oral liquid and traditional Chinese medicine has significant clinical effects and low recurrence rate.Patients have high satisfaction with the combination of compound Qinlan oral liquid an
