摘　　要：情绪劳动是指员工在工作中通过对内外情绪进行管理控制,从而表达出与组织规则相一致情绪的过程。护理工作是情绪劳动的密集行业,适当的情绪劳动投入和表达能提高护士的积极情绪体验、保持良好的护患关系并带来更好的工作状态。如情绪劳动表达不当将会造成护理人员自身资源过度消耗,加剧消极情绪的产生。本文综述情绪劳动的概念、测量工具、护士情绪劳动的影响因素现状,并从护士的社会人口学因素、心理特征、执业环境等方面提出相应的管理建议,旨在为临床护理管理者更好地管理护士情绪劳动、提高护士情绪表达能力及今后护理研究者开展相关干预研究提供借鉴。Emotional labor refers to the process in which employees manage and control their internal and external emotions during work,in order to express emotions that are consistent with organizational rules.Nursing work is an intensive industry of emotional labor,and appropriate emotional labor investment and expression can improve the positive emotional experience of nurses,maintain good nurse-patient relationships,and bring better work conditions.Improper expression of emotional labor can lead to excessive consumption of nursing staff's own resources and exacerbate the generation of negative emotions.This article reviews the concept,measurement tols and the current situation of influencing factors of nurses'emotional labor,and proposes corresponding management suggestions from the aspects of social demographic factors,psychological characteristics and professional environment of nurses,aiming at providing references for clinical nursing managers to better manage emotional labor among nurses,improve their emotional expression ability,and conduct related intervention research in the future for nursing researchers.
