“喉舌论”探赜:郭超人新闻工作论述再思考

摘　　要：作为新中国培养的第一代名记者,郭超人有关新闻工作的论述始终与中国社会主义的发展建设有着紧密联系。44年的记者生涯中,郭超人写下了诸多令世人瞩目的名作,亦探索出了一系列适用于社会主义中国的新闻理论。面对改革开放初期国内外新闻界对“喉舌论”和党性原则的质疑,郭超人于1997年出版了《喉舌论》一书,兼顾理论与实践两个层面,廓清了包括新华社在内的党媒的属性、功能与责任。本文基于《喉舌论》文本以及前人研究成果,结合马克思主义新闻观的时代语境,从新闻业的性质与功能观、新闻采编观、媒介经营管理观和新闻教育观四个维度,系统总结郭超人新闻工作论述的核心观点。As the first generation of renowned journalists trained after the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949,Guo Chaoren's discourse on journalism has always been closely related to the development and construction of socialism in China.During his 44-year-career as a journalist,Guo has written many remarkable works and explored a series of news theories applicable to socialist China.Based on the text analysis on his monograph entitled"Mouthpiece Theory",this article summarizes the core ideas of Guo's discourse on journalism from four dimensions:the nature and function of the news industry,news gathering and editing,media management,and news education.
