摘　　要：CCPIT CCPIT and Heilongjiang Provincial Government Sign Memorandum on Deepening Cooperation On August 15,the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade(CCPIT)and the Heilongjiang Provincial Government signed a Memorandum on deepening cooperation in Harbin.Ren Hongbin,Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of the CCPIT,engaged in discussions on relevant topics with Xu Qin,Secretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC)Committee of Heilongjiang Province and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress.Ren also signed the Memorandum of Cooperation with Liang Huiling,Deputy Secretary of the CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee and Governor of Heilongjiang Province.During his visit to Harbin,Chairman Ren Hongbin conducted on-site investigations on the international business operations and stable industrial and supply chains of enterprises at companies such as Heilongjiang Huida Technology Co.,Ltd.and the Beidahuang Agricultural Reclamation Group.Han Shengjian,Vice Governor of Heilongjiang Province,attended relevant activities.
