摘  要:针对一起110kV变压器重瓦斯保护动作导致运行线路跳闸的事故,结合事故前变电站运行方式、跳闸后保护动作信息及现场检查结果,分析了变压器重瓦斯保护误跳运行线路的过程,确定了事故原因,发现了在变压器保护二次电缆运维、变电站配置描述文件、设备验收等方面存在的问题,并制定了相应的整改措施,以保证电网安全稳定运行。In allusion to a tripping accident of operating line caused by the action of the 110 kV transformer heavy gas pressure protection,combining the operation mode of the substation before the accident,the protection action information after the trip and the results of on-site inspection,the process of the accident of mistakenly tripping the operating line caused by the 110 kV transformer heavy gas pressure protection is analyzed,and the causes of the accident are determined.The problems in operation and maintenance of transformer protection secondary cable,substation configuration description file,equipment acceptance,and other aspects,are identified.The corresponding rectification measures are formulated so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
