摘　　要：针对一起220 kV弹簧操动机构断路器拒绝分闸故障,分析了断路器拒绝分闸的常见原因,例如脱扣机构卡涩、分闸线圈损坏、操作板故障、二次端子接触不良等。结合现场检查和试验结果,最终确定该故障与断路器脱扣机构润滑不良、分闸线圈存在质量问题有关,并对故障断路器进行了处理。最后提出了相应的整改措施,以减少此类故障发生的概率。In allusion to the missing opening fault of a 220 kV circuit breaker with spring operating mechanism,the common reasons for missing opening fault of circuit breakers are analyzed,such as jam of the tripping mechanism,damage of the opening coil,failure of the control panel,and poor contact of the secondary terminal.Based on the results of on-site inspection and tests,it is finally determined that the fault is caused by poor lubrication of the tripping mechanism and quality issues of the opening coil,and then the faulty circuit breaker is treated.Finally,the corresponding corrective measures are proposed to reduce the probability of such faults.
