摘  要:大型远洋船舶尾轴承大多是采用白合金材质制成的两段式结构。受船舶建造时施工工艺缺陷、轮机人员日常管理不善、船舶驾驶人员操船技术不当等因素影响,在船舶运营过程中船舶轴系或者局部系统会发生变化,从而损伤尾轴承,给船舶营运带来不安全因素。本文结合实际案例,对船舶尾轴承故障及其产生的原因展开系统性分析,并提出应对措施,避免尾轴承事故的发生。The tail bearings of large ships are mostly two-stage structures made of white alloy material.Due to the defects of ship construction technology,poor daily management of turbine personnel,and improper operation technology of ship drivers,the ship axle system or local system will change in the process of ship operation,thus damaging the tail bearing and bringing unsafe factors to the ship operation.Combined on the actual cases,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the failure of ship tail bearing and its causes,and puts forward countermeasures to avoid the occurrence of tail bearing accidents.
