摘 要:在稻田中设置主动型释放器,定时、高剂量喷射性信息素,与群集诱杀处理进行比较,评价性信息素干扰交配对二化螟的防控效果。在调查相应处理区二化螟雄蛾诱集量、迷向率、田间幼虫量、水稻受害率和稻谷产量的基础上,比较不同技术的应用效果。结果表明,喷射高剂量性信息素干扰交配,二化螟雄蛾平均迷向率为99.8%,二化螟幼虫减退率为95.1%,水稻受害率显著低于农户自防对照区和群集诱杀防治区。干扰交配区与群集诱杀区的稻谷产量显著高于农户自防对照区,综合评定认为,二化螟性信息素干扰交配法在试验地的应用效果优于群集诱杀法。By releasing high-dose sex pheromones in the paddy fields,we studied the courtship and mating behavior of adult Chilo suppressalis Walker,and evaluated the control effects of sex pheromone mating disruption and mass trapping.The release of the sex pheromone was automated and scheduled at specific times and intervals in the rice fields.The application effects of different techniques were evaluated based on the analysis of the male moth trapping amount,mating disruption rate,filed larvae amount,rice damage rate,and rice yield in the corresponding treatment areas.The results showed that spraying high-dose sex pheromone to disrupt mating led to an average disruption rate of 99.8%in male C.suppressalis,accompanied by a 95.1% decline in C.suppressalis larvae.The damage rate of rice was significantly lower than that observed in the control and mass trapping areas.The effective panicle rate and the number of grains per panicle in the sex pheromone mating disruption area and the mass trapping area were significantly higher than those in the control,although no significant difference was observed in 1.000-grain weight.The yield per mu was 556.4±47.0 kg in the sex pheromone mating disruption area,532.9±29.2 kg in the pheromone trapping area,and 423.5±19.1 kg in the control.The comprehensive evaluation showed that the application effect of the sex pheromone mating disruption method of C.suppressalis was better than that of the mass trapping method.
