摘　　要：通过开展反应堆压力容器接管与安全端无隔离层对接焊模拟试验,以及焊接接头性能试验和无损检验,验证提出工艺的合理性及焊接接头可靠性,为反应堆压力容器接管与安全端焊接结构设计制造提供支撑。This paper carries out simulation test of non-buttering butt weld of the nozzle and safety end of the reactor pressure vessel,as well as performance test and non-destructive test of the welding joints,and verifies rationality of the proposed process and the reliability of the welding joint,so as to provide support for design and manufacture of the welding structure of the nozzle and safety end of the reactor pressure vessel.
