涤纶匀染剂与修补剂的应用工艺优化

摘　　要：针对涤纶面料在溢流染色过程中出现的色花、色点等问题,分析印染加工过程中匀染剂预防、修补剂回修对染色后布面颜色及匀染性、移染性及缓染性、染色后面料色牢度的影响,并对使用方法进行优化。结果表明:与未添加助剂的面料相比,匀染剂或修补剂质量浓度在0~3.0g/L范围内,面料K/S值变化小于0.2,色差CIE DE小于0.4;涤纶匀染剂与修补剂对分散染料具有良好的匀染性、移染性及缓染性,其中修补剂的性能更佳;涤纶匀染剂与修补剂对分散染料染色后面料色牢度无影响;匀染剂YDL的最佳质量浓度为1g/L,修补剂CR的最佳质量浓度为0.5g/L;对于容易出现色花的面料,可以将匀染剂更换为修补剂。Aiming at uneven dyeing problem of polyester fabrics in the process of overflow dyeing,leveling agent is often used for prevention,and repair agent is used for back repair.The effects of leveling agent and repair agent on the color and leveling property of the fabric after dyeing,the effects on the migration and retarding property of disperse dye,and the effects on the color fastness of the fabric after dyeing were analyzed,and the use method was optimized.The results show that the dosage of leveling agent or repairing agent is in the range of 0-3.0 g/L,the change of K/S value is less than 0.2,and the color difference CIE DE is less than 0.4 compared with the color of the dyed fabrics without additive;the dosage of leveling agent and repairing agent have no obvious effect on the color of fabrics;they have good leveling,migration and slow dyeing properties for disperse dyes,and the repairing agent has better properties than leveling agent;there is no effect on the color fastness of the fabrics after dyeing with disperse dyes;the optimal dosage of leveling agent YDL is 1 g/L,and the optimal dosage of repairing agent CR is 0.5 g/L;when the fabrics are easy to appear uneven dyeing problems,the leveling agent can be replaced with the repairing agent.
