摘 要:为了探究季节性因素对驼绒纤维品质性状的影响,对其在春季脱毛时期和秋季新毛长成时期2个重要节点进行实验,对204峰来自同一牧场、相同饲养条件的周岁棕色母驼进行2次采样,获得春季和秋季共408袋驼绒样品,测试纤维的长度、直径和强伸性能,分析和比对春秋两季驼绒样品的频率分布情况、表面微观形貌和品质性状。结果发现,驼绒纤维的春季平均纤维长度极显著高于秋季(P<0.001),春季平均纤维直径极显著高于秋季(P<0.001),春季直径变异系数显著高于秋季(P<0.05);驼绒纤维春季断裂强度极显著低于秋季(P<0.001),春季断裂强力极显著低于秋季(P<0.001),春季断裂伸长极显著高于秋季(P<0.001),春季断裂伸长率极显著高于秋季(P<0.001),春季初始模量极显著低于秋季(P<0.001)。To investigate the influence of seasonal factors on the quality traits of camel hair fibers,experiments were conducted at two significant stages:the spring shearing period and the autumn regrowth period.Two sampling events were carried out on 204 camels,all from the same ranch and consisting of brown female camels of the same age,under identical feeding conditions,resulted in a total of 408 bags of camel hair samples collected in spring and autumn.The fiber length,diameter,and tensile properties were tested,and the frequency distribution,surface microscopic morphology,and quality traits of camel hair samples in spring and autumn were analyzed and compared.The results reveal that the average fiber length of camel hair in spring was significantly higher than that in autumn(P<0.001).Similarly,the average fiber diameter in spring was significantly higher than that in autumn(P<0.001).The diameter variation coefficient in spring was significantly higher than that in autumn(P<0.05).Regarding tensile properties,the breaking strength in spring was significantly lower than that in autumn(P<0.001),and the breaking force in spring was also significantly lower than that in autumn(P<0.001).Moreover,the breaking elongation in spring was significantly higher than that in autumn(P<0.001),and the breaking elongation rate in spring was significantly higher than that in autumn(P<0.001).Additionally,the initial modulus in spring was significantly lower than that in autumn(P<0.001).
