山羊绒与土种绵羊毛底绒及其改性纤维在显微镜下的鉴别

摘  要:针对山羊绒和土种绵羊毛底绒都由鳞片层、皮质层组成,在纺织服装中应用较为广泛,且难以辨别的现状,以山羊绒、土种绵羊毛底绒及其改性纤维为研究对象,采用光学显微镜法重点分析了2种纤维在显微镜下的纵向形态和鳞片外观。研究结果表明,山羊绒和土种绵羊毛底绒在显微镜下的形态存在一定的交叉区间,改性后的土种绵羊毛底绒形态有明显变化,增大了视觉上的交叉,可能与山羊绒混淆。该研究为在显微镜下更准确地鉴别山羊绒与土种绵羊毛底绒提供图片参考,并总结显微镜下的鉴别纤维经验。Cashmere and the down of native sheep are both composed of scale and cortex layer,which are widely used in textiles and clothing and difficult to distinguish.The longitudinal morphology and scale appearance and their modified fibers of the two types of fibers were analyzed by optical microscope.The research results indicate that there is a certain overlap between cashmere and the down of native sheep under microscope,especially scale modified and stretched fibers of the down of native sheep,which shows obvious change under microscope,increases visual overlap and muddle up with cashmere.This study provides a picture reference for more accurate identification of cashmere and the down of native sheep under a microscope,and sum up experience and provide suggestions in the process.
