摘  要:聚合氯化铝(PAC)是一种目前应用最广泛的无机高分子絮凝剂,具有温度和pH适用范围广、污泥产量较低、除浊率高等优点,现已经工业化生产并广泛应用于各种污水处理。但是PAC在使用和生产过程中存在投加量高、絮凝效率低且易产生二次污染的缺点,使用后会造成环境污染和人体健康危害。本文介绍了PAC的生产过程及作用机理,并系统梳理了近年来PAC的改性复配发展及生产工艺优化进展,阐述了PAC应用于污水处理领域的现状,并对PAC的性能优化和生产流程资源化等研究方向进行了展望。Polyaluminum chloride(PAC)is currently the most widely used inorganic polymer flocculant,with the advantages of less dependence on temperature and pH,low sludge production,and high turbidity removal rate.It has been industrialized and widely used in various wastewater treatment.However,in the use and production process of PAC,there are shortcomings such as high dosage,low flocculation efficiency,and easy to generate secondary pollution,which can cause environmental pollution and human health hazards after use.This article introduces the production process and mechanism of PAC,systematically reviews the development of modified and compounded PAC in recent years and the progress of production process optimization,expounds the current situation of the application of PAC in the field of wastewater treatment,and prospects the research direction of performance optimization and production process resource utilization of PAC.
