摘 要:膜技术因分离效率高,占地小、易操作等特点被广泛应用于含油废水处理。但油类的疏水性特征导致膜污染问题在含油废水处理过程中更加突出,膜通量衰减明显,严重影响了膜系统连续运行的稳定性。实验通过向聚丙烯腈纺丝液中添加醋酸锌和三乙氧基-1H,1H,2H,2H-十三氟-N-辛基硅烷提高碳化膜的亲水性和机械性能,制备出高导电、超亲水的柔性碳化膜。在-50 V/cm电压下,碳化膜做阴极,油水分离效率始终保持在99.97%左右。膜通量较不加电时提高了1.2倍,连续10个过滤周期后膜比通量仅衰减了5.2%,表现出卓越的油水分离性能和优异的稳定性。Membrane technology is widely used in oily wastewater treatment due to its high separation efficiency,small footprint and easy operation.However,the hydrophobic characteristic of oily leads to more prominent membrane fouling and membrane flux attenuation during the process of oil wastewater treatment,which seriously affects the stability of continuous operation of the membrane system.In this study,by adding zinc acetate and triethoxy-1H,1H,2H,2H-tridecfluoro-N-octyl silane to polyacrylonitrile spinning solution,the hydrophilic and mechanical properties of the carbonized membrane were improved,and a flexible carbon membrane with high conductivity and super hydrophilicity was obtained.Under the voltage of-50 V/cm,the oil-water separation efficiency was always maintained at about 99.97%when the carbonized membrane was used as cathode.The membrane flux increased by 1.2-fold compared with that without applied electric field,and the membrane specific flux decreased by only 5.2%after 10 filtration cycles.The conductive carbon membrane exhibited an excellent oil-water separation performance and prominent continuous operation stability.
