摘  要:以移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)和低C/N废水为探究对象,通过控制进水诺氟沙星(NOR)的质量浓度,考察了NOR对MBBR处理低C/N废水效能的影响并分析了相关机制。结果表明,低于0.04 mg/L NOR对MBBR运行过程内COD、总氮(TN)的去除影响不明显,而超过0.4 mg/L NOR抑制了MBBR的运行效能,且0.04 mg/L NOR已抑制TP的去除。NOR降低了胞外聚合物(EPS)含量,高剂量NOR提高了溶解型SB-EPS的浓度却降低了松散型LB-EPS的含量。NOR对硝化过程有利,促进了比氨氮氧化速率(SAOR)和比硝酸盐氧化速率(SNOR)但降低了反硝化过程,从而降低TN去除。超过0.04 mg/L NOR降低了MBBR内脱氢酶和氮转化相关的关键酶。研究结果为MBBR处理含NOR的低C/N废水提供了理论依据和数据支撑。By controlling the influent concentration of norfloxacin(NOR)in a moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR)with low C/N wastewater,the effect of NOR on the treatment efficiency of MBBR was investigated and the related mechanism was analyzed.The results showed that less than 0.04 mg/L NOR had no obvious effect on the removal of COD and total nitrogen(TN)during the MBBR operation,while more than 0.4 mg/L NOR inhibited the operation efficiency of MBBR,and 0.04 mg/L NOR inhibited the removal of TP.The NOR decreased the content of extracellular polymer(EPS).A high dose of NOR increased the concentration of soluble bond SB-EPS but decreased the content of loose bond LB-EPS.The NOR is beneficial to nitrification,promoting specific ammonia oxidation rate(SAOR)and specific nitrate oxidation rate(SNOR),but reducing the denitrification process,thus reducing TN removal.More than 0.04 mg/L NOR decreased dehydrogenase and key enzymes related to nitrogen transformation in MBBR.The research results provide a theoretical basis and data support for MBBR treatment of low C/N wastewater containing NOR.
