摘 要:“绿色低碳循环”确定为我国工业发展的主要原则。本文针对燃机电厂全厂废水零排放的要求,以南方地区某2×9H级燃机电厂为例,通过系统分析厂区生活污水、含油污水、循环冷却水系统排污水和其它工业废水的种类和水质特点,按质分类收集处理,统筹实现梯级利用;针对处理难度最大的末端废水浓缩减量及固化处理技术的零排放,设计采用“预处理+管式超滤+两级反渗透+MVR蒸发结晶”组合工艺,保证系统安全、可靠运行的基础上,最大限度地降低投资和运行费用。"Green and low carbon cycle"is defined as the main principle of Chinese industrial development.In this paper,aiming at the requirement of zero discharge of the entire wastewater of the gas turbine power plant,taking a 2×9H gas-turbine power plant in southern China as an example,the types and water quality characteristics of domestic sewage,oily sewage,sewage discharge of circulating cooling water system and other industrial wastewater are systematically analyzed,collected and treated according to quality,and coordinated to realize cascade utilization.Aiming at zero discharge of terminal wastewater concentration and reduction and solidification treatment technology,which is the most difficult to treat,the combined process of"pretreatment+tubular ultrafiltration+two-stage reverse osmosis+MVR evaporative crystallization"is designed.On the basis of ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the system,the investment and operation cost are reduced to the maximum extent.
