摘 要:针对核酸类药物生产废水中高浓水废水生物毒性强的特点,首先采用臭氧氧化大幅度消减毒性后和低浓度废水混合,采用水解+A/O+浸没式MBR组合处理工艺进行处理。水解过程中加入零价铁来提高水解效率;浸没式MBR采用多巴胺修饰的纳米平板陶瓷膜,具有亲水性强,膜通量大,化学清洗频率低等优点。整个污水站除臭系统采用碱喷淋+生物除臭+活性炭吸附的组合工艺。长期工程调试运行效果表明,出水水质优于《废水综合排放标准》(DB 12/356-2018)(天津市地方标准)表2中的间接排放标准,即COD≤500 mg/L,BOD5≤300 mg/L,氨氮≤45 mg/L,总氮≤70 mg/L,SS≤400 mg/L。经过核算,水处理运行费用为9.8元/m^(3)。In this treatment project,the ozonation process was adopted in treating high concentration of wastewater from nucleic acid drugs manufacturing wastewater to significantly reduce toxicity in terms of higher biological toxicity.Thereafter,a high concentration of wastewater treated together with a low concentration of wastewater was further treated by the hydrolysis-A/O-submerged MBR as a combined process.The hydrolysis process was enhanced by adding zero-valent iron.An innovative dopamine-modified flat ceramic membrane with higher hydrophilicity and flux and a low frequency of chemical cleaning was employed in this submerged MBR system.Odor pollution generated in this treatment project was treated by the alkali spray-bio-deodorization-activated carbon as a combined process.The test result during successive operations showed the combined system was operated steadily and the quality of the effluent was superior to the Integrated wastewater discharge standard(DB 12/356-2018)(Tianjin local standard)Table 2 indirect emission quality standard(COD≤500 mg/L,BOD5≤300 mg/L,ammonia≤45 mg/L,TN≤70 mg/L,SS≤400 mg/L).The water treatment cost was only 9.8 Yuan/m^(3)after extensive estimation.
