东平湖浮游植物群落结构及优势种的生态位研究

摘　　要：为了解山东省中西部的东平湖浮游植物群落结构特征和优势种的生态位情况,分别于2018年、2019年的枯水期(5月)、丰水期(8月)采样4次调查东平湖浮游植物群落结构特征和优势种的生态位,采用多样性指数、均匀度、优势度、生态位宽度和生态位重叠指数对浮游植物进行分析。结果表明:浮游植物的多样性指数较高,均值大于3,均匀度均值大于0.3,表明东平湖浮游植物群落结构较稳定,分布较均匀,浮游植物群落结构特征2019年优于2018年,丰水期(8月)均优于枯水期(5月);东平湖浮游植物优势种以中生态位种类为主;浮游植物生态位重叠指数大于0.6的分别占59.10%、75.00%、61.50%和74.10%,表明东平湖浮游植物生态位重叠程度较高。To understand the community structure characteristics and niche of phytoplankton dominant species in Dongping Lake,four sample surveys were conducted in Dongping Lake located in Central and Western Shandong Province in dry season(May)and wet season(August)in 2018 and 2019.The phytoplankton was analyzed using diversity index,evenness,dominance,niche breadth,and niche overlap index.The results showed that there was high phytoplankton diversity index in Dongping Lake,with the mean of over 3 and evenness of greater than 0.3,the stable and evenly distributed phytoplankton community structure in Dongping Lake.There were better community structure characteristics in 2019 than that in 2018,and better community structure characteristics in the wet season(August)than that in the dry season(May),with medium niche species of the predominant phytoplankton species in Dongping Lake and the niche overlap index of greater than 0.6,accounting for 59.10%,75.00%,61.50%and 74.10%,indicating that the degree of niche overlap of the phytoplankton was higher in Dongping Lake.
