摘 要:针对分布式光伏出力随机性的问题,该文提出一种柔性互联系统优化运行策略。首先改进虚拟同步控制技术提高直流母线电压稳定性;其次分析系统运行模式判断光伏、储能单元的输出逻辑,以直流母线功率平衡为底层逻辑,充分考虑配电台区负荷均衡度、主变经济运行及故障台区失电量等因素,提出了功率协调优化策略及故障供电恢复策略;并建立多目标优化模型求解得到各端口功率指令,通过精确调控柔性互联多状态开关,实现了柔性互联系统功率灵活互济。最后在Matlab/Simulink中搭建了柔性互联系统仿真模型,验证所提优化调控策略的有效。Focusing on the randomness of distributed photovoltaic power,this paper proposes a flexible interconnection system optimization operation strategy.Firstly,the virtual synchronous control technology is improved to improve the DC bus voltage stability;secondly,the system operation mode is analyzed to judge the output logic of PV and storage units.Taking DC bus power balance as the underlying logic,the paper puts forward the power coordination optimization strategy and fault power supply restoration strategy with full consideration of factors such as the load balance degree of the distribution station area,the economical operation of the main transformer,and the amount of power lost in the faulty station area,etc.The paper also establishes a multi-objective optimization model to obtain the power commands of each port,and achieves the power flexibility mutualization of the flexible interconnected system through accurate regulation of the SNOP.Finally,a simulation model of the flexible interconnection system is built in Matlab/Simulink to verify the effectiveness of the proposed optimization strategy.
