摘  要:目前市面上的儿童听诊器存在听诊数据无法保存、传音距离有限、听诊音量过低、拾音头温差大、外界杂音干扰明显、听诊器残留病毒细菌、不能调动患儿的呼吸积极性等问题。为解决以上问题,本研究设计一款儿童多功能性无线听诊器,该款听诊器选择KYFYY主控芯片以控制各模块间的数据传输,利用KY1933生物信号采集与分析系统实现心音信号可视化;采用无线蓝牙传输患儿心音,利用蓝牙技术与收音装置配对,听诊器携带的扩音装置扩大患儿的心音和肺音;采用加热装置加热拾音头;采用降噪装置降低外界杂音,避免干扰;采用消毒装置消除拾音头表面的细菌病毒;使用可拆卸风车调动患儿的呼吸积极性。At present,the children’s stethoscope on the market has problems such as unable to save the auscultation data,limited transmission distance,low auscultation volume,large temperature difference of the pickup head,obvious interference from external noise,residual virus and bacteria of the stethoscope,and inability to mobilize the respiratory enthusiasm of children.In order to solve the above problems,this study designed a children’s multifunctional wireless stethoscope,which selected KYFYY master chip to control the data transmission between modules,and realized the visualization of heart sound signals by using KY1933 biological signal acquisition and analysis system.Wireless Bluetooth was used to transmit the heart sounds of the children,Bluetooth technology was used to pair with the radio device,and the amplification device carried by the stethoscope expanded the heart sounds and lung sounds of the children.The heating device was used to heat the pickup head.The noise reduction device was used to reduce external noise and avoid interference.The disinfection device was used to eliminate bacteria and viruses on the surface of the microphone head.The detachable windmill was used to motivate t he child to breathe.
