摘　　要：目的观察0.9%氯化钠鼻窦冲洗在儿童鼻窦炎急性发作治疗中的价值。方法选取2021年12月至2023年12月梅州市妇幼保健院收治的200例急性鼻窦炎患儿,以随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组100例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上辅以0.9%氯化钠鼻窦冲洗。比较两组的鼻窦炎相关评分、临床症状缓解时间、抗生素和糖皮质激素使用时间、不良反应总发生率和治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,研究组鼻内镜检查评分、鼻部症状评分和生活质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床症状缓解时间、抗生素使用时间、糖皮质激素使用时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率(1.0%)低于对照组(8.0%)(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率(95.0%)高于对照组(63.0%)(P<0.05)。结论0.9%氯化钠鼻窦冲洗辅助治疗儿童鼻窦炎急性发作可缓解临床症状,提高患儿生活质量,疗效较好,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the value of 0.9%sodium chloride sinus irrigation in the treatment of acute attacks of sinusitis in children.Methods A total of 200 children with acute sinusitis admitted to Meizhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group by the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment,while the study group was supplemented with 0.9%sodium chloride sinus irrigation on the basis of control group.The sinusitis-related scores,clinical symptom relief time,antibiotic and glucocorticoid usage time,total incidence of adverse reactions,and total treatment efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of nasal endoscopy,nasal symptoms,and quality of life in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptom remission time,antibiotic use time,and glucocorticoid use time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(1.0%)was lower than that in the control group(8.0%)(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group(95.0%)was higher than that in the control group(63.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion 0.9%sodium chloride sinus irrigation in assisted treatment of acute attacks of sinusitis in children can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of children,and the effect is good,which is w orthy of clinical promotion.
