摘  要:目的探讨非营养性吸吮联合早期微量喂养在预防早产儿喂养不耐受及坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年6月于桂林市妇女儿童医院新生儿科出生的120例早产儿为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(60例)应用早期微量喂养,观察组(60例)应用非营养性吸吮联合早期微量喂养,观察两组喂养不耐受情况以及NEC发生率。结果观察组呕吐、胃潴留、腹胀、喂奶量<10 ml/kg的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组NEC发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论非营养性吸吮联合早期微量喂养可以有效降低早产儿的喂养不耐受及NEC发生率,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of non-nutritive sucking combined with early micro feeding in preventing feeding intolerance and necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC)in preterm infants.Methods From January 2022 to June 2023,120 preterm infants born in the Department of Neonatology,Guilin Women’s and Children’s Hospital were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(60 cases)received early micro feeding,and the observation group(60 cases)received non-nutritive sucking combined with early micro feeding.The feeding intolerance and incidence of NEC in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of vomiting,gastric retention,abdominal distension,and feeding volume<10 ml/kg in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of NEC in the obs ervation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of non-nutritive sucking and early micro feeding can effectively reduce feeding intolerance and NEC incidence in premature infants,whi ch is worth promoting.
