摘　　要：目的探讨妇炎舒胶囊治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的临床效果及对炎症因子、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的影响。方法选取永州市中心医院2021年3月至2024年2月收治的100例湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为西医组(n=50)与中西医组(n=50)。西医组予以左氧氟沙星治疗,中西医组予以左氧氟沙星联合妇炎舒胶囊治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、炎症因子水平、ICAM-1与MMP-2水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,中西医组主证、次证评分低于西医组(P<0.05)。中西医组白介素-6、白介素-26、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于西医组(P<0.05)。中西医组ICAM-1水平低于西医组,MMP-2水平高于西医组(P<0.05)。中西医组临床总有效率高于西医组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妇炎舒胶囊治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的临床效果较好,可减轻症状及炎症反应,改善ICAM-1与MMP-2水平,且不增加不良反应,值得推行。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Fuyanshu Capsules in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with damp-heat stasis type and its influence on inflammatory factors,intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2).Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with damp-heat stasis type admitted to the Central Hospital of Yongzhou from March 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the western medicine group(n=50)and the traditional Chinese and western medicine group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The western medicine group was treated with Levofloxacin,while the Chinese and western medicine group was treated with Levofloxacin combined with Fuyanshu Capsules.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,levels of inflammatory factors,levels of ICAM-1 and MMP-2,clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of primary and secondary syndromes in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-26,and tumor necrosis factor-αin the traditional Chinese and western medicine group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The ICAM-1 level in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group was lower than that in the western medicine group,and MMP-2 level was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Fuyanshu Capsules in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with damp-heat stasis type is good,which can alleviate symptoms and inflammatory reactions,improve t
