摘 要:目的分析人工智能(AI)电子阴道镜辅助诊断系统(简称AI电子阴道镜)在宫颈癌筛查中的价值。方法收集2023年1月至12月在广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院宫颈疾病诊治中心行阴道镜检查的214例患者,以病理结果为金标准,统计传统阴道镜、AI电子阴道镜的阳性检出率,并分析两者检查结果与病理结果的一致性。结果病理结果显示,宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)111例,CIN243例,CIN3115例,宫颈癌45例。AI电子阴道镜的阳性检出率为94.86%(203/214),与病理结果有较好的一致性(Kappa=0.851,P<0.001);传统阴道镜的阳性检出率为83.64%(179/214),与病理结果的一致性一般(Kappa=0.561,P=0.010)。结论AI电子阴道镜可以提高阳性检出率,与病理结果的一致性较高,有较好的临床应用前景,值得推广。Objective To analyze the value of artificial intelligence(AI)electronic colposcopy assisted diagnosis system in cervical cancer screening.Methods A total of 214 patients who underwent colposcopy in the Cervical Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Center,Maternity and Child Health Care of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January to December 2023 were collected.Using pathological results as the gold standard,the positive detection rates of traditional colposcopy and AI electronic colposcopy were counted,and the consistency between the two test results and pathological results was analyzed.Results Pathological results showed that 11 cases were diagnosed as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)1,43 cases were diagnosed as CIN2,115 cases were diagnosed as CIN3,and 45 cases were diagnosed as cervical cancer.The positive detection rate of AI electronic colposcopy was 94.86%(203/214),which was in excellent consistency with pathological results(Kappa=0.851,P<0.001).The positive detection rate of traditional colposcopy was 83.64%(179/214),which was generally consistency with pathological results(Kappa=0.561,P=0.010).Conclusion AI electronic colposcopy can improve the positive detection rate and has a high consistency with pathological results.It has a good clinical application prospect and is worthy of promotion.
