摘　　要：目的探讨叙事护理联合激励式心理干预在女性心脏瓣膜置换术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月至2023年9月于南京市第一医院心胸外科进行心脏瓣膜置换术的84例女性患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组42例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施叙事护理联合激励式心理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果相较于对照组,观察组护理后心功能各项指标更优(P<0.05);护理后,观察组心理弹性及应对方式评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组生存质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论叙事护理联合激励式心理干预在女性心脏瓣膜置换术患者中的应用效果显著,能够改善心功能,优化心理弹性与问题应对方式,提高生存质量及护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of narrative nursing combine d with motivational psychological intervention in female patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement.Methods A total of 84 female patients who underwent cardiac valve replacement in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery,Nanjing First Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group using random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received narrative nursing combined with motivational psychological intervention.The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the indexes of cardiac function after nursing in the observation group were better(P<0.05).After nursing,the psychological resilience and coping style scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of narrative nursing combined with motivational psychological intervention in female patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement has significant effect,which can improve heart function,optimize mental resilience and problem coping style,and increase life quality and nursing satisfaction.
