综合护理在小儿肺炎继发性腹泻中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理在小儿肺炎继发性腹泻中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月于乐陵市人民医院发热门诊就诊的80例肺炎继发性腹泻患儿,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组住院时间、退热时间、止泻时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理在小儿肺炎继发性腹泻中的应用效果显著,能够缩短住院时间,促进患儿康复,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in secondary diarrhea caused by pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 80 children with secondary diarrhea caused by pneumonia in Fever Clinic,Leling People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The time of hospitalization,fever remission,and diarrhea prevention in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive nursing in secondary diarrhea caused by pneumonia in children is remarkable,which can shorten the time of hospitalization,promote the rehabilitation of children,improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
