摘 要:受益于增材制造技术的发展,多孔结构、拓扑优化结构、生物仿生结构等具有高度复杂度结构的制造难度得以降低,促进了高度复杂结构的研究进展。点阵结构作为一种典型多孔结构,性能优异和可设计性好,其研究成果已应用于航空航天、生物医疗、汽车制造等诸多领域。其中非均匀点阵结构相较于均匀点阵结构,更能发挥出结构和材料的潜能,因此更具有实际应用价值。本文对非均匀点阵结构的设计方法和制造方式的研究现状和发展动向进行梳理,对非均匀点阵结构进行了详细地综述,指出当前研究存在的挑战,并展望了点阵结构今后的研究方向。Benefiting from the development of additive manufacturing(AM)technology,the manufacturing difficulty of highly complex structures such as porous structures,topology-optimized structures,and biomimetic structures has been reduced.AM has promoted the research progress of highly complex structures.As a typical porous structure,the lattice structure has excellent performance and good designability,which results have been applied in many fields such as aerospace,biomedicine,and automobile manufacturing.Comparing with the uniform lattice structure,the non-uniform lattice structure can exert the potential of the structure and material better,so it has the more application value in practice.In this paper,the research status and development trend of the design methods and manufacturing styles of non-uniform lattice structures are explained,and the non-uniform lattice structures are reviewed in detail.At the same time,the challenges of current research and the future research of lattice structures is proposed.
