摘　　要：基于国土空间规划背景,以潍坊滨海经济技术开发区为例,结合该开发区环境特征与规划基础,从设计理念确定、城市空间划定、城市设计引导3个方面阐述生态城市的设计思路,实现生态城市的有质构建。Based on the background of territorial space planning,this paper takes Weifang Binhai Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example,combines the environmental characteristics and planning basis of the development zone,and expounds the design ideas of eco-city from three aspects:design concept determination,urban space demarcation and urban design guidance,so as to realize the qualitative construction of eco-city.
