面向县级区域的国土空间与资源空间协调规划策略研究

摘　　要：分析了县级区域国土空间与资源空间协调规划中存在的问题,包括国土空间布局不合理和资源利用不可持续等,从协调规划策略构建的目标与原则、空间优化配置、资源的综合利用、政府部门的政策与制度保障4个方面提出了县级区域国土空间与资源空间协调规划的策略。研究结果表明,优化后的协调规划策略不仅能够提高经济可持续发展和环境保护,还能准确地评估资源潜力和优化资源利用方式。The paper analyzes the problems existing in the coordinated planning of national land space and resource space at county level,including unreasonable distribution of national land space and unsustainable use of resources,puts forward the strategy of the coordinated planning of county regional land space and resource space from four aspects:the goal and principle of the coordinated planning strategy,the optimal allocation of space,the comprehensive utilization of resources,and the policy and system guarantee of government departments.The results show that the optimized coordinated planning strategy can not only improve sustainable economic development and environmental protection,but also accurately evaluate resource potential and optimize resource utilization.
