摘  要:分析了场地情况、基坑深度等工程特点,并根据现场实际需求与经典工程案例相结合,综合考虑浇筑工艺,如机械站位、浇筑速度、浇筑时间、过程成本等影响因素,采用溜管工艺进行大体积混凝土浇筑,在80 h内一次性完成15900 m3的大底板混凝土浇筑。通过科学的温度监控和合理的施工部署,有效把控混凝土浇筑的全过程,确保了大体积混凝土浇筑的顺利进行,在保障混凝土浇筑质量的同时节约成本。Based on the analysis of site conditions,foundation pit depth and other engineering characteristics,and according to the actual needs of the site and the combination of classical engineering cases,comprehensive consideration of pouring technology,such as mechanical station position,pouring speed,pouring time,process cost and other influencing factors,large-scale concrete pouring was carried out by using the choute process,and a large floor concrete pouring of 15900 m3 was completed in a single time within 80 h.Through scientific temperature monitoring and reasonable construction deployment,the whole process of concrete pouring is effectively controlled,which ensures the smooth progress of mass concrete pouring,and saves costs while ensuring the quality of concrete pouring.
