摘　　要：探讨了高速公路沥青拌和站设备安装前的关键准备工作,包括设备运输和存储、现场条件准备,以及安全措施和要求;介绍了设备安装的具体步骤,包括从基础建设和布局规划到主要设备组件、电气设备和控制系统的安装;讨论了设备调试过程,包括初步调试、生产调试以及性能检验和优化,确保设备的高效稳定运行。The key preparation work before the installation of asphalt mixing station equipment is discussed,including equipment transportation and storage,site condition preparation,and safety measures and requirements.The concrete steps of equipment installation are introduced,from infrastructure construction and layout planning to installation of main equipment components,electrical equipment and control system.The debugging process of the equipment,including preliminary debugging,production debugging,performance inspection and optimization,is discussed to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the equipment.
