摘 要:为探究基于液压自升爬模技术的悬索桥索塔施工关键技术,以甘肃省某高速公路上特大跨径悬索桥索塔施工为工程背景,首先结合地质条件和结构特点,对索塔施工过程中的重难点进行分析,并提出了应对控制措施;其次在重难点分析和应对控制措施基础上,提出了索塔总体施工技术方案;最后详细论述了液压自升爬模索塔施工关键技术,并提出了索塔施工质量保障措施。In order to explore the key technology of cable tower construction of suspension bridge based on hydraulic jack-up climbing mode technology,taking the cable tower construction of a large-span suspension bridge on a highway in Gansu Province as the engineering background,first of all,combined with geological conditions and structural characteristics,the key and difficult points in the construction process of cable tower were analyzed,and corresponding control measures were proposed.Secondly,based on the analysis of the key and difficult points and the corresponding control measures,the overall construction technology scheme of the tower is proposed.Finally,the key technology of hydraulic self-lifting climbing form cable tower construction is discussed in detail,and the construction quality assurance measures are put forward.
