摘 要:以天津市某综合管廊工程为例,对市政地下综合管廊结构工程的防水材料选择和施工技术提出改进,并设计了新的综合管廊变形缝防水构造。试验结果显示,双组分聚硫密封膏(组合1)表现最佳,平均渗漏起始时间长达120 h,总渗漏量低至10 mL,渗漏点仅1个,抗渗等级高。综合来看,双组分聚硫密封膏在防水性能上显著优于其他材料,研究所提方案显著优于其他类似施工技术。This paper takes a comprehensive pipe corridor project in Tianjin as an example to improve the material selection and construction technology of the waterproofing of the municipal underground integrated pipe corridor structure,and designs a new deformation joint waterproofing structure of the integrated pipe corridor.The results showed that the two-component polysulfide sealing paste(combination 1)had the best performance,the average starting time of leakage was as long as 120 h,the total leakage was as low as 10 mL,the leakage point was only 1,and the anti-seepage grade was high.In summary,the two-component polysulfide sealing paste is significantly better than other materials in waterproof performance,and the proposed scheme is significantly better than other similar construction technologies.
