摘  要:以南方地区某工程桥梁桩基施工为例,对岩溶发育地层中施工遇到的桩孔漏浆、塌孔等问题进行分析。从泥浆技术参数、钢护筒根进、钻进成孔参数等方面进行重点论述,阐述了水泥浆液的黏度、比重、含沙量的控制指标,按照地质情况制定钢护筒尺寸,并优化钢护筒施工工艺。通过分析优化钢护筒跟进、深孔注浆加固工艺,有利于优化桩基施工技术,减少不必要的施工误差。Taking the pile foundation construction of a bridge in the southern region as an example,the problems of pile hole leakage and hole collapse in the construction of karst stratum are analyzed.The paper mainly discusses the technical parameters of mud,the root entry of steel casing and the parameters of drilling holes,expounds the control index of viscosity,specific gravity and sand content of cement slurry,formulates the size of steel casing according to geological conditions,and optimizes the construction technology of steel casing.Through the analysis and optimization of steel casing follow-up and deep-hole grouting strengthening technology,it is beneficial to optimize the construction technology of pile foundation and reduce unnecessary construction errors.
