摘 要:旨在对大跨度钢–混凝土叠合梁桥的面板浇筑技术进行分析。以北清路快速化改造项目为例,根据项目实际情况对施工技术难点进行分析。为确保施工质量,该项目以实际情况为依据采取相应的技术,包括一次性横向施工、钢梁支撑、施加叠合梁负弯矩区桥面板预应力、钢混叠合梁支点压重。施工技术在实际应用过程中应注意一系列要点,包括控制面板浇筑质量、设置临时支撑体系等。桥面施工完毕后,确保其强度已达到90%的设计要求,面板材料经过7天保养后,其硬度可达到51.3 MPa。在大跨度钢–混凝土叠合梁桥的面板施工中选择合适的浇筑技术,可有效提升施工质量,保障桥梁的安全使用。Aiming to analyze the panel pouring technology of large-span steel-concrete composite beam bridges.Taking the Beiqing Road Rapid Transformation Project as a case study,analyze the technical difficulties in construction based on the actual situation of the project.To ensure the construction quality to the maximum extent possible,the project adopts corresponding technologies based on the actual situation,including one-time horizontal construction,steel beam support,prestressing of the bridge deck in the negative bending moment area of the composite beam,and weight-bearing of the steel-concrete composite beam fulcrum.In the practical application of construction technology,a series of key points should be paid attention to,including controlling the quality of panel pouring,setting up temporary support systems,etc.After the bridge deck construction is completed,ensure that its strength meets 90%of the design requirements.After seven days of maintenance,the hardness of the panel material can reach 51.3 MPa.Choosing appropriate pouring techniques in the panel construction of large-span steel-concrete composite beam bridges can effectively improve construction quality and ensure the safe use of the bridge.
