摘  要:环保型绝缘油因其绿色可降解的特点以及优异的防火性能受到了广泛的关注,每年使用环保型绝缘油的电气设备数量不断增加。总结归纳了现有文献数据,综述了目前环保型绝缘油在局部放电、沿面放电和击穿电压方面的特性,为其在高压设备中的应用提供参考。现有研究表明,酯类环保型绝缘油的局部放电幅值和重复率均高于矿物油,其沿面放电易在绝缘纸板上形成白色爬电痕迹并进一步劣化其绝缘性能。在击穿电压特性方面,酯类环保型绝缘油的雷电击穿电压低于矿物油,但其交流与直流击穿电压和矿物油差距不大。Environmental-friendly insulating liquids have garnered widespread attention due to their green,renewable characteristics and excellent fire safety performance,with the number of electrical devices using these oils increasing annually.This paper summarizes and consolidates existing literature data,reviewing the characteristics of environmental-friendly insulating oils in terms of partial discharge,surface discharge,and breakdown voltage.The aim is to provide a reference for their application in high-voltage equipment.Current research indicates that the partial discharge amplitude and repetition rate of ester-based environmental-friendly insulating liquids are higher than those of mineral oil.The surface discharge in those liquids tends to form white tracking marks on insulating pressboards,further deteriorating its insulation performance.Regarding breakdown voltage characteristics,the lightning breakdown voltage of ester-based insulating oils is lower than that of mineral oil,but their AC and DC breakdown voltages do not significantly differ from those of mineral oil.
