射流偏转板伺服阀偏转板正交仿真试验优化设计

摘  要:以一种射流偏转板伺服阀前置级偏转板为研究对象,利用前处理软件建立真实的流体域模型,通过流场仿真及正交试验研究了偏转板直径、偏转板厚度、导流口高度、导流口夹角和导流口出口宽度5个结构参数对射流偏转板伺服阀前置级压力特性的影响。结果表明:各因素影响权重由大到小依次为偏转板厚度、导流口出口宽度、导流口夹角、导流口高度、偏转板直径。相较于原结构,正交试验得到的优化结构在偏转板偏移0.01 mm时,接收孔压差增大5.65%,以上研究可为射流偏转板伺服阀前置级结构的优化提供参考。This paper investigates the impacts of five structural parameters(deflector plate diameter,deflector plate thickness,deflector port height,deflector port angle and deflector port outlet width)on the pressure characteristics of the pre-stage of the deflector plate servo valve.Our results show the influence weights of each factor are the thickness of deflector plate,the outlet width of the deflector port,the angle of the deflector port,the height of the deflector plate and the diameter of the deflector plate in descending order.Compared with the original structure,the optimized structure obtained by orthogonal test increases the pressure difference of the receiving hole by 5.65%when the deflection plate deviates by 0.01 mm.Our research may provide some references for the optimization of the pre-stage structure of the jet deflection plate servo valve.
