摘 要:针对车用永磁同步电机驱动系统输出的电流谐波问题,并考虑包含逆变器、时变永磁同步电机参数、控制算法的延时、电流传感器的测量等非线性因素,提出一种基于复合谐波电压ADALINE的永磁同步电机电流谐波抑制方法。建立包括驱动逆变器的永磁同步电机驱动系统非线性模型,获得理论谐波电压。对dq坐标系下的主要电流谐波分量进行提取,通过电流谐波分量与相应阻抗的乘积获得采集谐波电压,采集谐波电压和理论谐波电压复合作为线性神经元ADALINE的输入向量,采用最小均方算法实现自适应调整权重,以线性神经元的输出向量作为前馈补偿电压,达到抑制电流谐波的目的。仿真结果验证了4种主要非线性因素对电流谐波的影响,证明所提出复合谐波电压ADALINE方法可有效抑制谐波电流。To address the issue of current harmonics in the output of the automotive permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)drive system,with the consideration of nonlinear factors within the motor drive system such as the inverter,time-varying parameters of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,control algorithm delays,and measurement from current sensors,this paper proposes a method for suppressing PMSM current harmonics based on composite harmonics voltage ADALINE.First,a nonlinear model for the PMSM drive system,encompassing the driving inverter,is built to obtain the theoretical harmonic voltage.Then,the primary current harmonic components in the dq coordinate system are extracted,and the product of the current harmonic components and the corresponding impedance is obtained to collect the harmonic voltage.The collected harmonic voltage,combined with the theoretical harmonic voltage,serves as the input vector for the linear neural element ADALINE.The adaptive adjustment of weights is achieved using the least mean square algorithm.The output vector of the linear neural element is utilized as feedforward compensation voltage to achieve the suppression of current harmonics.Simulation validation is conducted to assess the impact of four main nonlinearity factors,demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed composite voltage in suppressing harmonic currents,particularly under low-load conditions.
