摘  要:为了提高页岩储层压裂施工的效率,以丙烯酸AA、丙烯酰胺AM、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸AMPS和疏水单体X-1为合成原料,以K_(2)S_(2)O_(8)为引发剂,通过聚合反应制备了一种新型减阻剂JZX-R,并对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明,随着新型减阻剂JZX-R质量分数的逐渐增大,水溶液的表观黏度逐渐增大,减阻率先增大后减小,当JZX-R的质量分数为0.2%时,表观黏度值可达36.4mPa·s,减阻率可达66.3%,起到了良好的减阻效果。新型减阻剂JZX-R具有良好的耐剪切性能和耐温抗盐性能,随着剪切时间的延长和水溶液矿化度的增大,JZX-R溶液的表观黏度逐渐减小,而随着老化温度的升高,JZX-R的表观黏度先增大后减小,当剪切时间达到60min,老化温度达到90℃,水溶液矿化度为20000mg·L^(-1)时,JZX-R溶液仍能保持较高的表观黏度值。In order to improve the efficiency of shale reservoir fracturing construction,a new type of drag reducing agent JZX-R was prepared by polymerization reaction using acrylic acid AA,acrylamide AM,2-acrylamide 2-methylpropane sulfonic acid AMPS,and hydrophobic monomer X-1 as synthetic raw materials,and potassium persulfate as initiator.Its comprehensive performance was evaluated.The results show that with the mass fraction of the new drag reducing agent JZX-R gradually increases,the apparent viscosity of the aqueous solution gradually increases,and the drag reduction first increases and then decreases.When the mass fraction of JZX-R is 0.2%,the apparent viscosity value can reach 36.4mPa·s,and the drag reduction rate can reach 66.3%,achieving a good drag reduction effect.The new drag reducing agent JZX-R has good shear resistance and temperature and salt resistance.With the shear time prolongs and the mineralization degree of the aqueous solution increases,the apparent viscosity of JZ X-R solution gradually decreases.However,with the aging temperature increases,the apparent viscosity of JZX-R first increases and then decreases.When the shear time reaches 60 minutes,the aging temperature reaches 90℃,and the mineralization degree of the aqueous solution is 20000mg·L^(-1),the JZX-R solution can still maintain a high apparent viscosity value.
