摘 要:为明确高含蜡原油的蜡沉积特性,找出蜡沉积的规律,采用改进型动态蜡沉积实验装置对高含蜡原油的结蜡沉积特性进行了研究,并考察了不同因素对蜡沉积速度的影响。结果表明,随着实验流速、气油比、矿化度和含水率的逐渐增大,目标高含蜡原油的蜡沉积速度均呈现出逐渐减小的趋势。而随着实验压力的逐渐增大,目标高含蜡原油的蜡沉积速度则呈现出“先减小后增大”的趋势。另外,pH值对目标高含蜡原油的蜡沉积速度的影响相对较小。降凝剂ST-2的加入能够显著降低目标高含蜡原油的蜡沉积速度,当降凝剂ST-2的质量分数为0.12%时,可使蜡沉积速度减小至0.0005mm·h^(-1),与未添加降凝剂的原油样品相比,蜡沉积速度减小了97.06%。在高含蜡原油的管道输送过程中,可适当添加合适的降凝剂,以最大限度的降低蜡沉积对管道堵塞的风险。In order to clarify the wax deposition characteristics of high wax crude oil and identify the rules of wax deposition,an improved dynamic wax deposition experimental device was used to study the wax deposition characteristics of high wax crude oil,and the influence of different factors on the wax deposition rate was investigated.The results show that as the experimental flow rate,gas oil ratio,mineralization degree,and water content gradually increase,the wax deposition rate of the target high wax crude oil shows a gradually decreasing trend.As the experimental pressure gradually increases,the wax deposition rate of the target high wax crude oil shows a trend of “first decreasing and then increasing”.In addition,the influence of pH value on the wax deposition rate of the target high wax crude oil is relatively small.The addition of pour point depressant ST-2 can significantly reduce the wax deposition rate of the target high wax crude oil.When the mass fraction of pour point depressant ST-2 is 0.12%,the wax deposition rate can be reduced to 0.0005mm·h^(-1).Compared with the crude oil sample without pour point depressant added,the wax deposition rate is reduced by 97.06%.In the pipeline transportation process of high wax crude oil,suitable pour point depressants can be added appropriately to minimize the risk of wax deposition on pipeline blockage.
