清华简《系年》与春秋向戌弭兵后国际关系新探——兼论战国的起始年问题

摘　　要：清华简《系年》中有许多内容可补充传世文献的不足。其与《春秋》经传多有差异。《系年》中有关春秋后期战争及国际局势的记载说明向戌弭兵后,晋国作为“盟主”,依旧掌握着外交上的主动权,但因地缘以及政治因素使其最终走向衰落。楚国由于失去齐、秦二国的帮助,加上吴、晋二国的步步紧逼,几近亡国。随着春秋初年义利观的瓦解,小国谋求独立自主的倾向开始加强,并试图摆脱寄人篱下的国际地位,由此最终推进了战国时代的到来。吴越间的争霸战争不能作为判断战国起始年的依据,战国的起始年应为公元前403年。There are many contents in the Tsinghua Bamboo Slips Xinian that can supplement the shortcomings of handed down literature,and there are many differences found in their mutual correction with the Spring and Autumn Annals.The records in the Xinian about the wars and international situation in the late Spring and Autumn period indicate that after Xiang Xu suggested a ceasefire alliance,the State of Jin,as the“leader”,still held the initiative in diplomacy,but the influence of geopolitical and political factors ultimately led to its decline.Due to the loss of assistance from Qi and Qin,as well as being closely threatened by Wu and Jin,Chu was on the brink of extinction.With the collapse of the values of righteousness and benefit in the early Spring and Autumn period,the tendency of small states to seek independence and self-reliance began to strengthen.Small states also attempted to break free from their international status of being dependent on others,which ultimately led to the arrival of the Warring States period.The war of hegemony between Wu and Yue cannot be used as a basis for determining the starting year of the Warring States period.
