摘  要:在新工科和“双一流”建设的契机下,围绕“培养具有历史使命感和社会责任心,富有创新精神和实践能力的各类创新型、应用型、复合型优秀人才”的目标,根据工程教育认证要求,结合湘潭大学制药工程专业的实际情况,构建“虚拟仿真-GMP实训-产教融合”三位一体协同创新育人平台。以人才培养为核心,优化实践教学培养体系,建设高水平的教师队伍,加强虚实结合平台建设,注重产教融合,培养具有解决复杂工程问题的制药技术人才。Taking the constructionof New Engineering and"Double First-Class"as an opportunity,focusing on the goal of"cultivating the innovative,applied and complex talents with a sense of historical mission and social responsibility",and rich in innovative spirit and practical ability",and in accordance with the requirements of the Engineering EducationAccreditation,and combining with the actual situation of Xiangtan University's Pharmaceutical Engineering program,we have constructed a three-in-one synergistic innovation and practical training platform of"virtual simulationexperiment-GMP practical training-industry&teaching integration".Taking talent cultivation as the core,this studyoptimizes the practical teaching training system,builds high-level faculty,strengthens the construction of virtual simulation experiment platform,focuses on industry&teaching integration,and cultivates pharmaceutical technology talents with the ability to solve complex engineering problems in the field of pharmaceutical engineering.
