摘  要:为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,在具体的教育过程中须充分发挥家庭的“孵化器”、学校的“发动机”、社会的“助推器”作用。同时,在家长主动参与学校教育、学校教育指导家庭与社会教育、积极拓展教育资源的基础上,构建新时代背景下学校、家庭、社会“相互尊重、相互适应、相互补充、相互促进”的育人机制,通过心理咨询及讲座、毕业典礼、课后服务、假期托管服务等形式,形成“三教合一”的教育网络,形成教育合力,实现协同育人。In order to cultivate socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor,it is necessary to fully leverage the role of the family as the“incubator”,the school as the“engine”,and the society as the“booster”in the specific education process.At the same time,on the basis that parents actively participate in school education,school education guides family and social education actively expanding educational resources,we will build a“mutual respect,mutual adaptation,mutual supplementation,and mutual promotion”education mechanism among schools,families,and society in the new era.Through psychological counseling and lectures,graduation ceremonies,after-school services,holiday care services,and other forms,we will build a“three-in-one”educational network to form educational synergy and achieve the purpose of collaborative education.
