摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议为壮医学走上国际化道路带来了机遇和挑战。为适应壮医学面向东盟地区发展的要求,壮医学对外教育体系需要转变人才培养思路,适应“一带一路”倡议的现实需要。目前,壮医学对外教育要把握“一带一路”发展契机,推动壮医学对外教育的高质量发展。基于壮医学人才培养的重要性和迫切性,在提升壮医学人才职业素养、提高壮医学人才综合素质、扩大壮医学对外教育人才队伍,以及开展国际医学合作与交流层面提出壮医学人才培养的对策,为壮医药对外教育的发展路径提供参考。The Belt and Road has brought opportunities and challenges for Zhuang medicine to embark on the road of internationalization.In order to meet the requirements of the development of Zhuang medicine in ASEAN region,it is necessary to change the thinking of talent training in the external education system of Zhuang medicine to meet the practical needs of the Belt and Road.At present,the foreign education of Zhuang medicine should grasp the development opportunity of the Belt and Road and promote the high-quality development of the foreign education of Zhuang medicine.Based on the importance and urgency of training Zhuang medical talents,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for training Zhuang medical talents in terms of improving their professional quality,improving their comprehensive quality,expanding the ranks of Zhuang medical foreign education talents and carrying out international medical cooperation and exchange,so as to provide reference for the development path of Zhuang medical foreign education.
