摘　　要：为推进应用型高校二级学院实验室安全管理体系水平进一步提升,构建高水平高校实验室安全管理体系。以深圳技术大学中德智能制造学院筹建过程中实验室安全管理体系建设为基础,结合当前国内高校实验室安全管理的不足,借鉴国外EHS实验室安全管理模式。探讨了实验室安全文化教育培训、实验中心安全管理、安全实验室监督检查、实验中心安全责任和实验室安全档案管理体系五个方面的建设内容。依托EHS实验室管理模式,开展实验室安全建设,探讨了从设备到人员、从学生到教师、从培训到监督“三位一体”的实验室安全管理体系。为后续筹建高校实验室建设提供经验,确保应用型高校二级学院实验室健康、安全、稳定、高效运行。The purpose of this study is to establish a professional,scientific and effective safety management system to be implemented in laboratories in application universities and colleges,thereby promoting the improvement of laboratory safety management system.This work is based on the laboratory safety construction experience of Shenzhen Technology University.The laboratory of Environmental Management System(EHS)safety management model applied in foreign universities is studied whilst considering the current reality of laboratory safety management in colleges and universities in China.The laboratory safety culture education and training system,the experimental center safety management system,the safety laboratory supervision and inspection system,the experimental center safety responsibility system,and the laboratory safety record management system were studied in this article.A three-in-one(civil defence,material defence and technical defence)laboratory safety management system is constructed.The results of the study are of positive significance in terms of ensuring the safe,orderly and efficient operation of laboratories in the application colleges and universities in China.
