摘 要:针对地面微重力环境下的变微过载控制方法,以不同冷流压力以及二次流入射位置等因素,开展了基于冷流推力的流场仿真,分析了二次射流对主流流场影响。并研制了冷流推力系统,通过测试验证了冷流推力与总压的相互关系。并通过微重力落舱开展了1s微重力环境下的变微过载试验,结果表明通过冷流流场型面设计,以及主流、二次流压力的控制可以控制作用于内舱的推力,从而改变内舱微重力环境下的微重力水平,满足在微重力环境下的变微过载控制能力。According to the variable micro overload control method in ground micro-gravity environment,the flow field simulation based on cold flow thrust is carried out with different cold flow pressure and secondary inflow position,and the influence of secondary jet on the main flow field is analyzed.A cold flow thrust system is developed,and the correlations between cold flow thrust and total pressure is verified by testing.The experiment of variable micro overload in micro-gravity environment for 1s time is carried out by micro-gravity drop.The result show that the thrust acting on the inner chamber can be controlled by cold flow profile,main flow and secondary flow pressure.So the micro-gravity level in the micro-gravity environment of the inner chamber can be changed to meet the micro-overload control ability in the micro-gravity environment.
