摘  要:为了降低双层内置式永磁同步电动机(IPMSM)中齿槽转矩对电动机稳定运行的不利影响,提出了将分段磁极和转子开对称辅助槽相结合的方法。首先,基于齿槽转矩的原理,利用有限元软件Maxwell建立8极12槽车用内置式永磁同步电动机(IPMSM)模型;其次,比较电动机在分段磁极前后的齿槽转矩,并对转子表面开辅助槽的各参数逐一进行仿真,通过双变量同时参数化的方法验证辅助槽参数的选择;最后,对比优化前后电动机各性能参数。结果表明:均匀分段磁极和开对称辅助槽2种方案叠加是可行的,在确保电动机性能良好的同时使齿槽转矩削弱了77.72%。To mitigate the adverse effects of cogging torque on the stable operation of dual-layer interior permanent magnet synchronous motors(IPMSM),a method combining segmented poles and rotors with symmetrical auxiliary slots is proposed.First,based on the principle of cogging torque,a finite element model of an 8-pole,12-slot built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor for vehicles is established using the finite element software Maxwell.Second,the cogging torque of the motor is compared before and after the segmented poles,and the parameters of the auxiliary slots on the rotor surface are simulated one by one.The double-variable parameterization method is used to verify the selection of the auxiliary slot parameters.Finally,the performance parameters of the motor before and after optimization are compared.The results show that the superposition of the two schemes of uniform segmented poles and symmetric auxiliary slots is feasible and the cogging torque is reduced by 77.72%while ensuring good motor performance.
