摘 要:鼠李糖脂是由可再生原料通过生物发酵工艺生产的一种新型表面活性剂,可用于构筑性能优异、温和绿色、节能节水的可持续洗涤剂配方。从原料温和性、表面活性和清洁力、与酶制剂的协同效应、易漂洗性、对织物的护理功能和对聚合物表面的保护性等方面对鼠李糖脂进行研究,结果表明,鼠李糖脂刺激性低,表面活性高,在织物清洁和硬表面清洁应用中均表现出良好的清洁力,与酶或槐糖脂复配时可实现高效协同清洁。基于鼠李糖脂的清洁剂配方易于漂洗,可节省漂洗用水量。此外,鼠李糖脂对织物和塑料材质均无损伤,具有一定的护理功效。Rhamnolipid is a new type of surfactant produced by biological fermentation with renewable raw materials,which can be used to develop sustainable detergent formulations with excellent performance,mildness and water-saving property.This study on rhamnolipids includes its mildness,surface activity,synergistic effect with enzyme or other biosurfactant in detergent formulation,easy rinsing-off,care function of fabrics and plastic materials.The results showed that rhamnolipid was highly mild and surface active.It not only showed good cleaning power in both fabric cleaning and hard surface cleaning applications,but also an efficient synergistic with enzyme or sophorolipid.Detergent formulations based on rhamnolipid are easy to rinse thus can save water consumption.In addition,rhamnolipids have no damage to fabrics and plastics,yet have care effects.
