摘  要:为满足氯化氰在线检测需求,设计加工了小体积、长光程、耐腐蚀性强的吸收池,开发了防交叉干扰图谱解析算法,研制了一套基于傅里叶变换红外光谱分析技术的氯化氰在线检测装置。采用该装置对氯化氰标准气体进行了在线测试验证,发现其体积分数检测范围为8.00×10^(-5)~7.87×10^(-3),相对偏差小于5%,表明该在线检测装置具有较宽的检测范围和较高的检测准确度。A device based on Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy technology was developed for the online cyanide chloride detection.It had a small size,long optical path absorption cell with high corrosion-resistance,and an anti-crossing interference data analyzing algorithm for graph analysis.The online detection capacity of this device was investigated by using standard cyanide chloride gas,and the experimental results indicated that the developed device had a wide detection range(from 8.00×10^(-5) to 7.87×10^(-3),V/V)and a high detection accuracy with the relative deviation lower than 5%.
